Shipping & Delivery

We make us of Courier Guy: parcels start from R100, depending on weight and size. You are more than welcome to make use of your own courier service.

Main Centers: approximately 2-5 working days.

Outlying & Rural: approximately 5-15 working days.

Please indicate an address where you will be available for delivery during working hours between 8am and 5pm.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. You will receive your tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive your tracking number. We make use of a third-party courier service and the above time frames are guidelines provided to us. Packages may be delayed by circumstances out of our control.

Please note, once an order has been placed it cannot be altered/cancelled. Please read our refund policy for further information.

Stock availability notice

We strive to ensure the stock levels are 100% accurate, however should it happen that any product is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.

Exchange & Return Policy

Please note, once an order has been placed it cannot be altered/cancelled. If you require an alternative size or colour for your product, we will be more than happy to offer an exchange for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact.

Please notify us of your return request by contacting us via email to orders@thesplashnappy.co.za within 7 days of receipt of your package with your order number on the subject line. Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer an exchange in the form of a different size. Splash Nappy. Failure to comply with the above will result in a delayed or unfulfilled exchange.

The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot exchange items lost in transit. Please return any items in compliance of these conditions to the below address, within 14 days of receipt:

Track Order

To make life easier we are available to help track your order. You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed your order, which will show your unique order number. You can log onto the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to get updates on where your order is in the delivery process.
